This pastry is fragile, temperature-sensitive, and best consumed on the same day of delivery. If you're sending this as a gift, kindly ensure that your recipients are available to receive their delivery. We are unable to help ensure that recipients are home prior to delivery, and we will not be held liable for failed deliveries.

fridge (not freezer) and chill for a minimum of one (1) hour before consumption (as there's slight temperature change during delivery).

shelf life
pastries are best consumed on the same day of delivery. As pastries are prepared on the same morning of your delivery, they can last in the chiller for up to 2 days. Do note that the texture of the pastry will change over time as it will continue to absorb moisture from the creme mousseline and passion fruit curd.
