fridge (not freezer) and chill for a minimum of one (1) hour before consumption (as there's slight temperature change during delivery).

shelf life
tarts are best consumed on the same day of delivery, but they can last in the chiller for up to 3 days. Do note that the texture of the tart shell will change over time as it will continue to absorb moisture from the creme patisserie.
