Rye Banana Bread
When it comes to banana bread, I love them super bananary! This is my take on the classic banana bread made with gmo-free rye flour, a combination of browned butter and coconut oil, organic molasses, unrefined demerara sugar, and naturally ripen bananas. You can opt to have them with all bananas, or with crushed walnuts and/or Belgian dark chocolate callets.
Banana breads are baked in the morning of your delivery and I encourage you to enjoy them fresh on the same day. Slice 'em, toast 'em, and lather on some salted butter!
This is a moist banana bread and it is recommended to freeze leftovers (in slices, so that it's easier to defrost) to keep them fresh.
Opt for delivery slots between 1pm - 3pm or 3pm - 5pm.
