All sales are final. This includes sales performed via our WhatsApp channel. All our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept any returns or exchange of orders once the items have left our premise for deliveries. We greatly prioritise your satisfaction and will thoroughly and wholly inspect our items before sending them out for delivery to you to ensure only the best quality is being sent out.
We do not provide refunds for any orders made wrongly, including, and not limited to error in delivery date, error in delivery details, and error in product order. Please read the provided details including product information, storage recommendation, allergens, and shelf life before making a purchase.
SECTION 1 - CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
To cancel/amend your order, please notify us at least 72 hours before your delivery date via email@example.com. Cancellations and amendments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your request is accepted, we will create a refund in the form of store credit/credit-voucher only. There is no expiry date to your store credit/credit-voucher.
SECTION 2 - DELIVERY REFUND POLICY
Feast Foods Enterprise will not be held liable for late or unsuccessful deliveries under the following circumstances:
The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
The recipient is not available at the address provided at the time of delivery.
The recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
The recipient is unreachable via voice calls and text messages.
The recipient’s mobile number is invalid or inaccurate
In the event of no-delivery / unsuccessful delivery, Feast Foods Enterprise will not be held liable for the freshness of the cake/pastry after that. Feast Foods Enterprise will not entertain any request for refund or exchange due to the perishable nature of our products.
In the event of delayed delivery due to force majeure—events beyond the reasonable control of Feast Foods Enterprise, including but not limited to act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, health movement order and in compliance with any law or governmental order, illnesses, injury, death—Feast Foods Enterprise will not be held liable for any claims.
SECTION 3 - INCOMPLETE / WRONG / DAMAGED ORDERS
Upon receiving your orders, please inspect immediately and ensure all your items are correct. If you have received a wrong order, an incomplete order, or a damaged product, please reach out to us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Wrong / Incomplete Orders
For any wrong or incomplete orders, please notify us within two (2) hours upon receiving your item(s). All items should be unconsumed and in its original state for a refund or exchange of product, whichever Feast Foods Enterprise, by discretion, sees fit.
For Damaged Orders
In the event of receiving a damaged product, such as products which have lost their original textures and/or appearances or products which contain non-edible elements, please inform Feast Foods Enterprise within the same day of your delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Feast Foods Enterprise with the necessary proof of defect for the issue to be investigated further. All items should be returned to Feast Foods Enterprise unconsumed and in its original state, or partially consumed (in the state that such defect was discovered) on the same day of delivery, for a refund or exchange of product, to which Feast Foods Enterprise deem fit.
Any claims of damaged orders received after day one of receiving the order will not be entertained. Any claims of damaged orders received after the product has been fully consumed will not be entertained.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Any refund made will not include delivery charges paid.
