This salty-sweet shortbread is packed with 54.5% couverture chocolate and carries a subtle undertone of caramel from the use of organic-vanilla. Shortbread is rolled in unrefined demerara sugar for crunchy edges, and finished off with a sprinkling of Maldon flaky sea salt.

Lemon Drizzle Shortbread with Pistachio, +/- 220g per box

Melt-in-your-mouth classic butter shortbread with a light, tangy lemon drizzle, and chopped pistachio.
